These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the k9wi platform. Please read them carefully before registering or using any k9wi service.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by the applicable operator/license jurisdiction, to register and use k9wi. Age verification may be required at any time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of k9wi complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. Pakistan has gambling restrictions — use of this platform may be restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions. Read the applicable bonus terms in full before opting in — requirements cannot be waived retroactively.
Each user is permitted one registered account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
All transactions are subject to verification, applicable limits and processing timelines. Withdrawal requests may require completed KYC verification. Funds cannot be transferred to third parties.
k9wi provides self-exclusion, deposit limit and session control tools. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the responsible gambling obligations set out in these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and k9wi (hereinafter "k9wi", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming information and betting platform accessible at https://k9wi.cam (the "Platform").
k9wi operates as an online gaming information and wagering platform providing educational content, platform guides, sports betting facilities, casino game access and related services to adult users. Our primary target audience includes adult players located in Pakistan and internationally, with all content published in English.
These Terms govern all access to and use of the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposit and withdrawal of funds, participation in betting and gaming activities, use of promotional offers, and any communication with our support team. Additional terms may apply to specific products or promotional offers — where applicable, those supplementary terms will be clearly communicated and shall be read alongside these Terms.
k9wi does not claim to be licensed or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) or any provincial authority. International licensing context, where applicable, relates to the operator's own licensing jurisdiction and does not imply lawful status in Pakistan. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with applicable law in their jurisdiction.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 By registering an Account, depositing funds, placing a bet or wager, accessing any game, clicking to accept these Terms during registration, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their current published form.
3.2 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
3.3 You acknowledge that online gambling involves inherent financial risk and that k9wi does not guarantee winnings or positive outcomes from any betting or gaming activity.
3.4 These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations or understandings between you and k9wi in respect of the subject matter herein.
You must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction, to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. k9wi strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any stage and to suspend or close Accounts where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accumulated on an Account found to belong to a minor may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for determining whether the access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistan has gambling restrictions under, among other legislation, the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online and remote gambling in Pakistan is complex and subject to change. k9wi does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you must not use this Platform.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being suspended, balances being frozen pending investigation, and any bonus credit or winnings derived from prohibited accounts being voided.
The following categories of persons are not eligible to register or use an Account:
Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and telephone number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to notify k9wi promptly of any changes.
k9wi may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals, following account activity that triggers risk or AML controls, or at the Platform's discretion. Standard KYC documentation may include:
Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official HTTPS-secured verification portal. k9wi will never request KYC documents via unsecured email, social media or third-party messaging applications. You must not submit altered, obscured or falsified documents — doing so constitutes fraud and may be reported to relevant authorities.
KYC review timelines may vary. Users will be notified of approval or of any request for additional documentation by the registered email address. k9wi is not liable for processing delays attributable to incomplete, illegible or incorrect documentation submitted by the User.
6.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
6.2 You agree to notify k9wi immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. k9wi will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
6.3 k9wi recommends that Users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. The Platform uses HTTPS encryption for all data transmissions.
6.4 You must not access or attempt to access another User's Account under any circumstances.
Deposits may be made via the payment methods listed in the Platform cashier. Available methods may vary and are subject to change. For Pakistani users, local payment context may include methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers (including through major Pakistani banks) and other methods where listed in the cashier — referenced for context only. These providers' inclusion in the cashier does not constitute endorsement of k9wi by any payment provider.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. All deposit amounts will be reflected in your Account Balance in the applicable operating currency. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are applied at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completed and approved KYC verification; (b) any applicable minimum withdrawal threshold; (c) satisfaction of active wagering requirements; and (d) the processing timelines associated with the selected withdrawal method. k9wi reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit or to a verified method in the User's Account. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
k9wi reserves the right to withhold, delay or reverse transactions where fraud, money laundering, account abuse or breach of these Terms is suspected. Any funds found to have been deposited through fraudulent, unauthorised or reversed payment methods may be voided, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Amounts displayed on the Platform may be shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where configured in account settings. Actual transaction processing currency may vary by payment method. Users are responsible for understanding any applicable conversion fees charged by their payment provider.
8.1 k9wi may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotional incentives at its discretion. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to that promotion, which are published at the point of offer.
8.2 Bonus Credit is subject to wagering requirements before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds conditions are specified per promotion. If a wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the Bonus Credit and any winnings derived from it will be voided.
8.3 Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
8.4 k9wi reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer, or to reverse bonus credit and associated winnings, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional loopholes, or breach of these Terms.
8.5 A User may not participate in the same promotion more than once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Promotional offers are not transferable between Accounts.
8.6 Illustrative bonus amounts referenced on the Platform (for example PKR 2,000 / PKR 5,000 / PKR 25,000 tiers) are for illustrative purposes only. Actual available offers are subject to change and must be confirmed in the current active promotions section of your Account.
9.1 All bets and wagers are placed at the User's sole discretion and risk. k9wi does not guarantee outcomes, winning combinations or returns on any betting or gaming activity.
9.2 Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the User except where the Platform's specific rules for that market or game permit pre-match cancellation.
9.3 In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or manifest error in odds or game display, k9wi reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the applicable stake to the User's Account Balance. k9wi will not be liable for losses attributable to technical faults or connectivity issues on the User's side.
9.4 Sports betting markets — including cricket markets covering Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and other formats — are settled in accordance with the rules specific to each market. Settlement rules are published in the platform's help section.
9.5 RTP (Return to Player) percentages for casino and slot games are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session. Actual RTP values are confirmed within each game's help screen.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for Account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential legal action:
11.1 k9wi is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity for adults. The Platform provides a range of tools to assist Users in maintaining control of their gambling activity.
11.2 Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period as specified in account settings.
11.3 Loss Limits: Users may set loss limits to cap the amount they can lose within a defined period. Loss limit requests are processed in accordance with the Platform's responsible gambling framework.
11.4 Session Time Limits: Users may configure session time reminders and maximum session durations. Reality-check notifications are available at configurable intervals.
11.5 Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to suspend or permanently close their Account for responsible gambling reasons may do so via the self-exclusion tool in Account settings. Short-term cooling-off periods and permanent self-exclusion options are available. Once a self-exclusion is active, re-registration is not permitted for the duration of the exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible.
11.6 Users who are experiencing gambling-related difficulties are encouraged to access their platform's responsible gambling tools promptly and to seek support from qualified counselling services. Further information is available on the Responsible Gambling page.
12.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game content and data compilations, is the property of k9wi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from k9wi.
12.3 Third-party trademarks, game names and brand identifiers referenced on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Platform does not imply affiliation or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k9wi, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue or data; (c) damages arising from reliance on the accuracy or completeness of Platform content; or (d) damages arising from interruptions to Platform availability.
13.2 The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. k9wi does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of malicious software.
13.3 k9wi's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
14.1 Closure by User: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting k9wi support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completed KYC and compliance checks.
14.2 Suspension by k9wi: k9wi reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) prohibited conduct under Section 10 is suspected or confirmed; (b) KYC verification has not been completed within a required timeframe; (c) the Account presents AML, fraud or security concerns; or (d) required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
14.3 Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, k9wi reserves the right to void bonus credit and any associated winnings, and to withhold real-money funds pending investigation. Funds determined to be legitimately owned by the User following investigation will be returned net of any amounts owed to k9wi.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k9wi holds its operating licence. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable Pakistani law.
15.2 In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to first contact k9wi's support team to seek resolution. If a dispute is not resolved informally, the matter may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism under k9wi's operating licence, where available.
15.3 Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as constituting legal advice in respect of any jurisdiction. Users with legal questions about the application of these Terms in their jurisdiction should seek independent legal counsel.
16.1 k9wi reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Users via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform, with a reasonable period for review before the amended Terms take effect.
16.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
